Shipping & Delivery

We provide different shipping options through your checkout process.  Shipping prices depend on the order.  We provide free shipping via USPS on all domestic orders over $500 dollars and over.  International shipping costs are based on the total package weight and carrier including USPS, UPS, Fedex and DHL.  Depending on our promotions we at times do provide free shipping on international orders via coupon codes.  Orders are shipped between 24-48 hours of order confirmation if the products are in stock.  In the cast that the order is custom or private label, processing may take 3-5 business days.  Any order placed after 2:00 pm will be processed the next business day.  We are not responsible for any orders after it has been shipped.  We will provide a tracking number so you may track it down with the selected carrier.  We are not responsible for any international orders including Customs Policies of the country, shipping costs or Local, State or Country taxes.

We understand that your privacy is important especially when providing sensitive, personal information over the internet.  We do not share, sell or give your information to anyone.  All information is used only to process your order..

Returns & Replacements

All Sales are final without exception.  All sales are final. No returns or exchanges on our products.

Ordering

All orders are placed via our website.  Customer that wish to call our customer service agent and place the order with them will be able to do so as long as the customer is already registered on the site with a full profile and correct contact information.  We can help you process a order in the case where you do not have access to a computer or need special assistance with products and shipping. 
Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payments are process through our website using various forms of payment transactions including credit cards, paypal and other methods.  All pricing and promotions can be changed at our discretion without any advance notice.


Viewing Orders Please login to your account to view your current and history of orders.  You must register on our website to have access to your orders.  Customers who checkout as guest will not have the ability to view orders unless you register on the site.
